Return & Refund Policy
Please be advised; we are confident, we sell only original items. We welcome our all customers to check and make sure the contents of their order/s are intact before even making final payment to Delivery Person, same applied to Credit/Debit card customers and we will accomodate the customer by providing payment back.
If by any means customer faces a problem and wants to return or claim a refund after receiving the item from Delivery Person, we will try our best to accommodate, but at the discretion of customer by reaching us within 15 days, following conditions should be met:
The product is damaged, stained, defected, wrong or incomplete. The product/s must be unused in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
In case you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any claims.
Returns/Exchanges on a discounted product/s via sales, promotions or offers; are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
Provide all the required information to our representative, and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep or route you to the nearest outlet for return purposes. The customer might have to face delivery charges depending on the circumstance of their return.
Upon successful Return, the team will check the order contents and send payment back via customer bank or payment receiving sources. However, if the contents are damaged, broken, opened, or not the same item ordered; Outshoppers reserves the right to amend or cancel the payment, or send the receiving item back on customer’s behalf, delivery charges will apply.
The policies listed above are applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan.
Please Note: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we kindly ask that you provide clear evidence, such as images or videos, showcasing the issue and reach out to us via email or Watsapp as soon as possible. This step is mandatory for us to address your concern effectively. Upon receiving your proof, our team will promptly investigate the matter and ensure a prompt payment or an appropriate resolution is provided.
