Product Availability: Outshoppers products and services are available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to change, as we believe in first comes first serves. Outshoppers reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or content, any information or to cancel any order due to unavailability. However, the payment of customer will be fully refunded in these cases, if the payment has been made via credit/debit card prior to delivery.
Product, Services and Prices Modification:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Typographical Error: Outshopper strives to make every piece of information as accurate as possible. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Outshoppers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Credit/Debit Card Order Payment Confirmation and Shipping: Credit/Debit card orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation from the bank, this may take within 1 to 3 working days or more, depending on your bank or credit/debit card services. We offer payment protection for our Credit/Debit card customers.
